Manulife Highlight
Seiring dengan globalisasi, standarisasi menjadi bagian penting yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari ritme perusahaan. Penggunaan standar ini menjadi acuan kinerja dan jaminan mutu layanan perusahaan. Sertifikasi ISO dari lembaga internasional pun sangat dibutuhkan.
Tahukah Anda bahwa Manulife Indonesia sudah mendapatkan ISO 9001
ISO 9001 merupakan sebuah sertifikasi standar internasional untuk sistem manajemen mutu perusahaan. Manulife Indonesia berhasil meraih sertifikasi ISO 9001:2000 pada tahun 1997. Saat itu, Manulife Indonesia menjadi perusahaan asuransi jiwa patungan pertama yang mendapatkan pengakuan bergengsi tersebut. Pada tahun 2000, giliran MAMI, DPLK dan BSI yang mendapatkan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2000. Hal ini menjadi catatan prestasi yang luar biasa, karena menunjukkan kemampuan MAMI sebagai asset management pertama dan DPLK serta BSI sebagai program pensiun pertama di Indonesia yang sudah sesuai dengan standar internasional.
Di tahun 2009 , ketiga lini bisnis Manulife Indonesia yang mencakup: asuransi jiwa, program pensiun DPLK dan reksa dana mendapat ISO 9001:2008 dari badan sertifikasi URS (United Registrar of Systems) yang diakreditasi oleh UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation System). Saat ini, hanya sedikit perusahaan asuransi, asset management dan pengelola program pensiun di Indonesia yang mendapatkan akreditasi tersebut.
Dengan raihan pengakuan standar internasional ini, Manulife Indonesia sebagai sebuah organisasi telah dievaluasi, diakreditasi dan telah berhasil menjaga sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas dari produk-produk asuransi untuk kepuasan para pelanggannya.
